This bottle contains the pulp and juice of 50 grenades from a controlled agriculture. Their concentrate is enriched with an extremely bio-active TOTUM of fermented pomegranates which contains the full spectrum of all the fruit polyphenols. This product is a genuine nutritious synergy of the plant and more active by its 21 times higher concentration; it is rich in bio-available polyphenols (enzymatic degradation) and other anthocyans.

Recommended daily intake:
10 to 20ml between meals (10 AM and 4PM), pure or mixed with water, juice or with fruits. Do not drink on an empty stomach if you have a sensitive stomach

To obtain Pomegranate Elixir pulp of pomegranate is gently concentrated at low temperature under vacuum and then freeze dried to preserve its properties. Then during a 3 weeks lasting live fermentation by bioactive probiotics (patent EC), the future Elixir will be enriched with a condensate of pomegranate (essence of flower and bud) giving it the totum effect. The measured TEAC (ref Gil) shows a minimum capacity 21 times higher than that of traditional pomegranate juices and 60 times higher than that of quality red wine, or 80 times than that of green tea.

Through the power of this unique and original method developed by Dr. Jacob, a spoonful (10 ml) of Pomegranate Elixir has the same "TEAC" content as more than 200 ml of pomegranate juice. Its polyphenols content is about 30,000 mg / l. It's unique and unrivaled. To be quite clear, a 500ml bottle of Dr. Jacob's original Pomegranate Elixir is equivalent to 10 liters of classic pomegranate juice (polyphenols content controlled by Folin-C method.).

At what time take should Pomegranate Elixir be taken? The bioavailability of polyphenols is better if they are taken alone, preferably on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before meals, or alternatively, two hours after meals. Avoid mixing with copious meals or animal proteins. Allergies: in the available publications, allergic reactions to pomegranates are very rare

The product is not yet certified as organic, but contrary to certified organic products where a lot of adulteration takes place, each raw material batch is checked for pesticides. In 5 years no pesticides were detected, and if so, it was below the limit for certified organic products, (compared to juice strength).
